Women’s League Circles

We’re proud to launch a new initiative in 2026: Women’s League Circles. Building on the mission of The MIT Women’s League, which strives to connect women in the MIT community, Women League Circles will foster meaningful social connections, cohesion, and a culture of mutual support. The program will provide spaces for productive conversations, mentorship, and peer learning that help participants navigate their careers and lives with confidence.

Circles will be made up of groups of 6, with a facilitator who can help guide connection and conversation at each meeting. Groups to meet monthly over six months. This program is the brainchild of Sarah Hosein, Executive Coach and MIT Sloan Fellows MBA 2024. Sarah spent more than a decade in healthcare leadership across the UK, USA and Sierra Leone and is now an Executive Coach with the MIT Leadership Center. She is joined by fellow Sloan alums Erin Dawicki, Co-Founder/CEO of LymeAlert, and Tan Chui Mae, Global Biotech Leader.

This program will create a sense of community where participants feel supported and inspired. By cultivating internal confidence and new skills, the program addresses our collective need to feel connected and supported at work. The broader vision is to foster a cultural shift toward openness, vulnerability, and the power of in-person group engagement. Ideally, participants will return year after year, building wider connections across MIT and strengthening our networks across the Institute.

This program is open to all in the MIT Community.
